By using our Platform, registering, or otherwise accessing our Services, you (“you”, “user”, “student”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2.Definitions

• Minor Student: a user under the age of 18. If you are a Minor Student, “you” includes your parent or legal guardian who consents on your behalf.

3.Eligibility & Consent

• By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old — or if you are a Minor, that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian.
• If you provide personal information of a Minor Student, you (the parent/guardian) agree to these terms on their behalf.

9.User Conduct & Restrictions

By using the Platform, you agree:

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, without refund of any fees.

• Our Services provide practice tests and study support. They do not guarantee success in actual exams (NEET, IIT JEE) — results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

11.Payment, Fees & Refund Policy

If any part of our Services is offered for a fee (e.g., premium test series, mock test packages), the following apply:

• Payment must be made via our accepted payment methods.
• Fees are non-refundable once a test is accessed (unless otherwise specified or legally required).
• We reserve the right to change prices, packages, or payment terms — changes apply to future transactions only.

13.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (including the DPDP Act 2023 and any relevant regulations). Any disputes arising under or in connection to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India.
